We are wok-ing!

We finally bought a wok! We decided to buy an electric wok as I've had good experiences with using them in school. It gets really hot, has a thermostat and the temperature responds very quickly. I wouldn't get the same effect with a wok on our old electric stove. Richard road tested it and gave it two thumbs up. He really enjoyed cooking his new favourite recipe - soy mushrooms and tofu - in it. Extremely yummy!
